Day 90 Quarantine
Day 4 Outdoor Workout 4:30 PM
Warm- Up:
3 Rounds
10 Tempo Squat (4 sec down, 4 sec hold, stand)
20 Mt. Climbers
10 Shoulder Taps
10 Jump- ins

30 Rounds for time of:
1 Deadlift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Jerk/Split Jerk

(use dumbbells or a barbell, Rx would be about 125/185#)

Cash out:
