Workout of the Day- Day 65 Quarantine
'SILENT SATURDAY'
Warm up:
:20 at each
Squat jump ins
Reverse burpees
Open the gates
Over the fence under the fence

EMOM for 20 minutes:
8 Wallballs or Squat toss
6 Burpees

*both movements to be completed on the minute

Cash out:
4 Rounds
10 Single Leg Deadlift (right)
10 Single Leg Deadlift (left)
10 Reverse Lunge (right)
10 Reverse Lunge (left)
