6 Shoulder to Overhead (115/165#)

Coaches Notes:
Barbell will come from the ground.
The shoulder to overhead should be a weight you can string all 6 each time.
Goal is sub 15 minutes.

Advent Day 17:
Max Ground to over the shoulder Sandbag in 5 minutes
(with a partner) M/F or F/F or M/M
(record weight used)-partners use same weight, one athlete works at a time
