Handstand walk 
(or a skill variation of the Handstand or Handstand Push-up)

*if proficient in walking on your hands, Walk 250 feet for time

We are hosting the Bridgeport Barbell Club Classic this weekend, Saturday 8/6 and Sunday 8/7, all classes today will be held in the Annex 110C DeKalb Street.  Please meet and park there.
