2 Reps EMOM (Every minute on the Minute) for 12 Minutes
Rounds 1-3 approx 55% of 1RM
Rounds 4-6 approx 65% of 1RM
Rounds 7-9 approx 75% of 1RM
Rounds 10-12 approx 85% of 1RM

    Nice work with the squats, got through them all. Last 6 minutes it gets chippy. Lots of time after the workout to work on skills like du's and rope climbs today in the early morning classes.
