8 Back Squats
50 Double Unders
(Go for max load over speed. 8 Reps should be done consecutively, without re-racking between sets.)

Yes. Rest between rounds as needed. Kinda like Lynne. Go from back squats directly into dubs (scale # of du reps to maintain intensity for level and ability)
