SuperFit Details

Friday's Strength class at 6:30PM will be in the Annex in order to get ready for the SuperFit competition on Saturday at CrossFit KoP!

Classes on Saturday at CrossFit KoP are cancelled for the competition. We are hosting 200 athletes from all over the tri-state area please come out to support them! Spectator spots are $10.
