  1. OK, I'm dealing with some hamstring issues and two stupidly long races in a few weeks.

Balancing the desire to stay injury free, and still move a decent amount of weight, would scaling the reps up and the weight down be acceptable for today?

If so, any suggestions as to what to do, % of max wise, for sets of 5*7?

    Thanks!

Mike P- Ask yourself Is it more important to workout today and possibly make the injury worse and miss your races or rest and make the races? Rest your body, dude. Your hammies will thank you later!

Lots of Big PR's today. I slapped a lot of traps this day to get people hyped. This is not a lift that you casually walk up to and lift a big number. Set your feet, and destroy the bar. Good stuff. Especially to Mike C. and Tom who partnered up and PR'd by over 100lbs comined. Amazing.
