"The Hopper"

 Your workout will be selected as you arrive to class.  The 10/11:00AM classes will have different workouts. You saw this "hopper" rear it's ugly head in the King and Queen competition for the top participants now everyone has a chance to try their luck!

CrossFit classes today ONLY at 10/11:00AM and Barbell Club at 12:00PM.
