    Good stuff tonight, Saw a lot of people fail on their last lift.... Then some yelling and confidence and you guys got it. The hardest part is getting it off the floor. This lift is very much mental, it will destroy you if you are not ready to fight for it.

    we haven't done this one in awhile, but it's the same concept as the conventional in terms of spreading the floor. Of course, it's also different with a more vertical torso and even more engaging the hamstrings and glutes. If you lifted correctly, you'll feel it in your glutes and hamstrings tomorrow.
