1-10 Squat Cleans (125/185#)

*In this workout you will complete 10 Ring dips, 1 Squat Clean, 9 Ring dips, 2 Squat cleans, 8 Ring Dips, 3 Squat Cleans....so on until you reach 1 Ring dip and 10 Squat cleans.
