AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
5 Pullups
10 Right Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (25/40#)
10 Left Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (25/40#)
15 Burpees
Kids WOD:
AMRAP in 12 Minutes
5 DB Push Press
10 Air Squats
15 Burpees
Standards:
The Pull-up standard will be chin over bar and full extension at the bottom. When performing the thrusters, the dumbbell must be placed on the ground (both ends) between each set of 10 Thrusters and the controlled to the ground prior to starting Burpees. Burpees will require a full hip opening at the top of the jump and a clap over head.
Community Notes:
We are running our Anniversary party today! Doors open and registration begins at 8:00AM, Announcements and Standards from 9:00-9:30AM. There will be no regular classes, but feel free to come out and workout with us!
