Coaches Notes:
We are trying to push past your traditional "strength" set (with 10 sets of 2) and push the limits of strength endurance too. All 10 sets must be completed, don't be afraid to go for an old 1RM in set 8 and really challenge yourself past your old numbers.  Rest 60 seconds between sets. Your coach will set a running clock so each athlete can work as needed.

    Some nice PRs set today gang, elbows stayed nice and high, weight stayed in the heels for the large majority. I saw people going outside their comfort zones with some serious weight...awesome work.
