    Good progress today on the muscle ups guys..I know it doesn't feel like you're any closer until you get one, but trust me, every bit of practice helps. Jay E, way to stay after it on the DUs man..Way to focus and get it done man!!

    class was encouraged to do pull ups and ring dips to get them the strength necessary for a muscle up. Some chose to do 3:1, 2:1 or 1:1 ratios of pull ups and dips

    keep those elbows in on dubs, be consistent and efficient on situps, and work on that strength for muscle ups!
