    Had some great improvements of the Front Squat by getting elbows up and driving through the heels. Also, great job getting the DU's. Keep practicing them, they will come!!!!

  2. I do not know if anyone will care but Alabama Shakes was just recommended to me so I am listening to it on Spotify as I write mid-year reviews and it is literally the best album I have listened to since 1996.

  6. I just wanted to give a shout out to Cecilia. I saw some noticable improvement in your squat this morning. I know it's not easy to keeping coming back when you feel like everyone can do things you cannot (I've been there!!) I'm proud of you...keep it up!

  12. Since we're calling people out on their squat progress, I will do it to Chris A, who struggled to come anywhere near to full depth when he started. Kudos to him for rocking perfect form tonight, and kudos to Cecilia as well. Good job all around!
