  3. Please understand that we will only have 5 sleds at the gym. This workout may take some individuals over 20 minutes. As such, if you have never tried something like this, I would recommend going to the 400m marker.

  4. I guess the sled was okay...I remember starting, turning around, checking my heart rate, and Lauren Merlino encouraging me to push to the finish. THANK YOU! So, I might remember about 10% of that 800m.

    Note Nick's Monster PullUp, as well as everyones fight to get that BW sled.

    *Jason has good note, feel confident to SCALE this to 1/2bw, or 400m. A half mile is a long way and the first 10 meters is no test of what will come after 10meters. It's gonna be a killer workout to use lighter weight anyway and keep that sled moving for time.
