50 Thrusters 55/75#
50 Ring rows
50 Front squats 55/75#
50 Burpees

Coaches Note:
To determine the ring height, the athlete should lay on the ground with arms raised perpendicular to the floor,  the rings should then be set so that they are touching the athletes extended fingers.  Athletes not proficient on the GHD machine should use AB mat situps. For larger classes there will be a staggered start.
