  1. Paul - Shoulder touches = Hold in hand stand against the wall and touch right/left shoulder with alternating hands for 30 reps. Or practice kick ups to wall if you cannot shoulder touch or...hold to work on shoulder stability, your coaches will have some scales for you too.

  2. I also think if you are comfortable attempting a kick up off the wall its great to just "go for it" With the walks...ie kick up and start moving at the same time. I have seen people who said they couldnt do it just do that and get the hang of it pretty quick
