great job with a shoulder intensive workout everyone. Kudos to Peter who went upside down for the first time AND did the hspu's to a plate; Jen S. for doing only 1 ab mat for the first time; Stasie for looking super comfortable upside down; and Elyse for doing her first rope wod and doing ALL 15 climbs.
Vinny! You're an absolute DEMON when it comes not only to working out, but also willingness to learn and become a better coach. Your pull ups are BANGIN' and I'm excited to see your performance during the Open. You are the face of intensity, happy birthday you DEMON!
