Open WOD 12.2
You have 10 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of the following sequence:
30 snatch (75/45#)
30 snatch (135/75#)
30 snatch (165/100#)
As many snatches as possible at 210/120#
The bar must go from floor to overhead in one motion – a clean and jerk is NOT acceptable. You can power snatch, squat snatch, or even split snatch. You must show control of the bar overhead – meaning the bar must be directly over your shoulders and you must be standing still. Each athlete gets one bar and is responsible for adding weight to their bar as the workout progresses. (You can not receive help from anyone else.)
Community Notes:
We will run heats on a first come first serve basis. This will be available as the WOD whether or not you are participating in the open. There will be a coordinated warm-up at 9:00AM and then plenty of time to warm up prior to your heat. If you arrive at or after 10AM we will get you in a heat easily, but warm-up will be on your own.
If you are a regular at Barbell Strength at 11:00AM, feel free to attend and continue your program.
If you are an avid "stink and drinker" feel free to have a "social" afterward. After-all is 5 o'clock somewhere...right?
