Congratulations to CrossFit KoP
We have been invited and are registered for the Reebok CrossFit Regionals in Landover, Maryland on May 4-6, 2012.

Our qualifying team will consist of:

Please support the team and Aimee as you see them training hard in the next month and if you are available on May 4-6 we could use a BIG cheering section! A huge thank you to all the athletes who competed in the Reebok CrossFit Open Sectional and to all of our supporters.
