ReplyDeleteAs far as scaling goes, what percentage of our 1rm should we use?
ReplyDeleteChucky, I would use 80 percent of a weight you KNOW yiu can pick up in the gym, not your PR. For instance, my pr is 445 but I know I can get 400
ReplyDeleteHoly crap that was heavy . . . many thanks to Donk for un-f**king my deadlift form.

Welcome to our friends visiting from Iowa and Massachusetts, we hope you visit again! Thank you to everyone who signed up in MB today. The majority of the class logged in and signed up ahead of time. THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
For the 5:30 class, I apologize for erasing the board before Vinny was able to get all of your times down. If your name does not get listed when Vinny posts, please enter your score and weight on the blog for future reference. Sorry about that!!
