  13. Happy Birthday Miranda. I love going through this journey with you. You don't know how much you have helped me over the years. During my first year of crossfit, you gave me the courage to go for Rx even if it slowed my down. Your determination inspired me to get off the band for pullups. You also inspired me to get off my knees on pushups. Sometimes you finished last, but that didn't matter to you. You held youself to a standard because that was important to you. I have tried to be more like you in that way.

    During my second year of crossfit, I watched you struggle with plateaus. You forged ahead and over that year you got stronger and faster. I am now in that same place and I know that I will get past it if I just keep at it like you did.

    Thank you for being a good example for me and others at the gym.

  15. Happy birthday Miranda! I always love seeing you at the gym. Whether you're taking a class or judging an Opens WOD, you are always so encouraging of others. You've made SO MUCH progress this year - chest to bar pullups, one of the best women's deadlifts in the gym,and an awesome Opens performance! So proud of you for coming in 5th of the CFKOP ladies :)
