These weekend ass beatings are becoming a habit! Next beating
ReplyDeleteWarrior dash- 3+ miles and 11 obstacles. It takes place in quarryville (near downingtown) the link below is to a coupon for registration in the sunday oct 10th race (their is also a race he day before on Saturday). With the coupon it's 35 otherwise it's 65. Think the coupon expired at end of the day tommorow.

Kathleen - I just recently visited Dr. Jeff @ Atlas for a few appointments, for a rib knocked out of place. He was wonderful and not pushy with the 18 million appointments most chiropractors want you to make. I highly recommend and definitely mention Aimee sent you.
ReplyDeleteGotta put a note in about Dr. Kropf of Westside Wellness in Wayne. He's done remarkable things for me using active release therapy. I can't say enough good things about him. He knows about CrossFit and supports what we do (unlike a lot of other docs) and he is a big fan of Aimee and KoP. Hope you feel better Kathleen!
