  5. I love/hate that there are names on the list I have not met. Love it because it means CF is spreading and more people are getting fit and hate it because I have not met you yet. Maybe I will take next Wednesday's class.

    Kristy...you need a rest day. You have done Sat, Sun, Mon, Mon, Tues, Tues, Wed. That is 7 on! Insane. rest, rest, rest.
