So, let me give you a little bit of a scenario of what my life is all about.
First up, I am 35 years old.
I am divorced and I live in a VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER.

WOD 1: One truck pull for time (about 180m course, with deceptively tough grade at end)
WOD 2: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
butterfly situps
pushups
sandbag squat cleans, 35#
200m run under bridge

wod 1: 3:07
wod 2: 1024 reps
TEAM 2
Roger, Laura, Sean, Rachel
wod 1: 3:11
wod 2: 940 reps
TEAM 3

wod 2: 519 reps (no pushups)
Awesome WOD today fellas. Truck pull for a warm up is classic crossfit. 20 minute amrap on a fishing doc was pretty cool. Thanks!

Wow that is definitely functional fitness...
ReplyDeleteT & P.... Creative, fun WODs. I have never pulled a truck before for warmup or otherwise. I can now check that one off my "bucket list"!! And WOD #2 gave a whole new meaning to "Sittin by the Dock of the Bay" Thanks to everyone for a fun morning
