6 Sets of 6 Reps of the following complex:
Power Snatch
Overhead Squat
Snatch Push-Press
Snatch Balance

This complex is done “Bear” style where each rep must be touch and go on the ground with no resting on the ground. Rest as needed between sets, with the goal of hitting max weight in set 4 or 5.

    135x20 broken up in various sets to practice form

    5 bar muscle ups
    50 double unders

    got through half of the second set of du's around 4:20 when a guy came over and said I couldn't jump rope. I wonder if he's ever eaten PaleOH. Finished the last set of bar mu's
