  2. Todays WOD will be at the OLD box, but the plan is to move Sunday, more details to follow. The fun will start at 8:00AM sunday and both the 9:00 and 10:00 classes will be moving WODs, the 11:00 kids class will be held at the new box Sunday. If anyone has a truck, we would welcome the help. Also a reminder, Yoga is tomorrow, Thursday 6-7:30 with Jen Fugo at the old box, $10 per person.

  3. HELLO everyone. Hope all is well - i bet everyone is looking pretty good with that sugar free diet! Im trying as hard as I can to stick to the paleo diet but college+paleo = not a great combo.

    todays work out:

    1.5 Miles - 10:37

    400m - 1:30
    800m-3:30
    400m- 1:45
    400m- 1:42

    you will all be so excited to hear that I can now bench press 95 lbs. I know its not pull ups or burpees but I have never been able to lift that much in my 3 years of Division 1 athletics - CrossFit got me into such good shape. The rest of my team is sore from work outs and sluggish afterwards - but I am just fine!

    Glad to hear that your CrossFit time has really paid off. I can't imagine trying to do paleo at college, it's a carb-fest every day. Keep up the good work!

    Hang in there on the Paleo "lifestyle". It'll be worth it in the long run. Even if your livin on the 80/20 rule.
    Will a Zone lifestyle work a little better at college?? Its a bit more carb tolerant.
