  2. I would do the pull up challenge but I don't have regular access to a pull up bar and putting a towel over my bathroom door can cause structural problems as I rent.

    No extra burpees or double unders for me I need all the recovery time I can get.

  3. today was just day one right? so ya'll just did one exercise correct?

    the way i understood the challenge was that you just had to do all of them that day...seems like thats not the case based on previous blog posts

  4. Kit- 1 on day one which was yesterday, 2 on day 2 which was today....and so on until day 100 which is November 5th 2009. Hope you can make it home for the celebration!
