Bike for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds 
Burpee for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds 
Bike for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds 
Burpee for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds 
Score is total calories/reps completed in each round
