150 Push-ups
150 Front Squats (55/75#)
150 Hang Power Cleans  (55/75#)
150 Push Press  (55/75#)
150 AB-Mat Sit-ups
150 Double Unders

Sunday 9/5 at 9 AM join us for some Cardio FUN!
