King and Queen of Prussia WOD 3: “July 2020”

Is it normal yet? What is normal anyway? Some townsfolk are starting to crack their windows…some braver knights are walking around town but they seem afraid to show their faces…face coverings firmly in place…perhaps they are hiding their pain from WOD 3? 

 In this workout you have 3 attempts to make the following lifts in order ( Shoulder Press - Back Squat - Deadlift). Choose your weights wisely as once the bar is set in motion it will count as an attempt. The combined weight of your highest Shoulder Press – Back Squat – Deadlift will be your badge of honor. 

CrossFit Total 
1 RM on the following lifts:
Shoulder Press
Back Squat
Deadlift

Total weight for all three lifts is the score
