2018 Nutrition Challenge

Join us for the CrossFit King of Prussia Nutrition Challenge- 2018

Our nutrition challenge lecture and 'question and answer' session with Aimee will occur on Sunday, January 14th at 11am.

Coaches will be available starting at 10am and after the lecture to take measurements and pictures.

If you cannot make the date for measurements, you can schedule with Aimee, Steph or Jenna for measurements at another time.

There will be two levels of this challenge with a few mini tiers in between.

HOW:

Level 1
QUALITY: If you know you need a basic clean-up of your diet this version is for you. The basic CrossFit prescription is to “eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.”
If you choose this level your basic focus will be to eat quality whole food and potentially eliminate one of the following:
grains
sugar
dairy
processed foods

Level 2
QUANTITY: If you currently eat "whole foods", but need to take your diet to the next level, (this version is for you) it's time to "WAM" (weight and measure). For this level you will weigh and measure your food and follow either a Macro or Zone diet to determine the quantity of food you eat each day.

More details will be provided at the kick off on January14th at 11:00AM!

Our challenge will conclude on Sunday, February 25th at 10am.

We will complete final measurements and host a potluck at the gym to celebrate on Sunday, February 25th at 11:00 AM!

Performance:
The benchmark TEST WOD we will use for a performance variable will be "CINDY" (AMRAP in 20 minutes, 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats). This will come up in programming prior to the 14th, please be sure to come that day or make it up on your own.

Reward: Besides feeling great, looking good and performing better.  The most improved body composition (performance variable will be taken into consideration as well) will win a free month of membership!
