Current Location: King of Prussia

Age: 23

Occupation: PcD Technician @ Johnson Matthey

College: Temple University

How long have you been a CrossFitter? 1 year and 6 months Did you ever play sports? I played baseball, basketball, and football up until highschool, but actually gave up sports to skateboard. I was also on a bowling team for a few years when i was younger and still try and bowl as often as I can. I am extremely competitive and will play any sport. I played intramural bball, softball, volleyball, handball, soccer, indoor soccer (i hate soccer), hockey, and dodgeball. Also took a tennis class and badminton class, which was a lot of fun

Got some cool (or uncool) hobbies you'd like to share? CLICK HERE to check it out. Here's a pretty embarrassing video of me skating a while ago. I'm still pretty passionate about it. Its similar to crossfit when you finally nail that Snatch or whatever. You get this great feeling of accomplishment when you land that trick you've been trying to learn for so long and all of your friends are there cheering you on and congratulating you. Thats something that i'll always have love for. I play rec league basketball and pick up basketball with friends whenever I can. Ball is life I currently play in 2 softball leagues In the winter I snowboard as much as I can

What has been your biggest achievement at CrossFit in the 2017 year? My biggest achievement was competing in this year's King and Queen competition and putting up some decent numbers. I've also met a ton of awesome people. Shout out Mike Mitterer who texts me every day "4:30?"

What do you feel that you still need to work on? Every movement needs work (besides pull ups), but my attitude needs improvement just as much. I get frustrated whenever I fail or struggle during a workout.

Goals for the rest of this year? Receive Level 1 Cert. Beat Aimee in anything CF related

What's your favorite WOD? That one where you row 1000m, do 50 thrusters, and 30 pull ups for time. That was the first workout I did, even before fundamentals. Any time DMX is playing during a wod is a plus and Katy Perry/Taylor Swift/ Miley Cyrus etc. for any strength day.

How about your favorite food/snacks? I love all food. Most recently I had 10 hot wings and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream so lets go with that

What is the craziest workout outside of CF you have ever done? Insanity

What’s your least favorite WOD? Fran

Favorite lift/movement? Overhead squats, pull ups, handstand walks, front squats

What’s your least favorite lift/movement? Assault bike, ring dips, snatch,

What skill are you planning on working on as the new year 2017 rolls on? Nothing in particular, but I'm like super into America Ninja Warrior nowadays though so I eventually want to try that out

Whats your favorite piece of workout "gear"? My purple undies

What you say is your biggest improvement since starting CF? I can't think of anything good for this one, but I have physically improved in every way possible

Who is your favorite coach? All coaches are good, but Aimee is without a doubt my favorite. Sorry everyone else, but she kills it. I wouldn't have stayed at it this long if it weren't for her... also have to give a special shout out to Clay Jones for being the only person there when I stumbled in the gym like a lost puppy a year and a half ago, he told me to come back and meet Aimee at 3:30 and the rest was history...

PR's to mention? Goals Reached? Nutrition highlights?.. No PR's i really want to brag about, but i'm proud that i can finally Rx the majority of workouts. As for my nutrtion, i literally have a bagel with cream cheese every morning, turkey and cheese sandwich, chips, banana, apple for lunch, anything possible for dinner and I still improve physically every day so follow your hearts and your stomachs and eat what you want...
