Masters Qualifier WOD #3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of: 
55 double-unders 
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups 
5 hang power cleans 

 Men use 155 lb. Women use 105 lb.

    Unfortunately after all the planking and going over movements at the end of class i forgot to take the picture of the scores and it got erased:(( I saw some great things in your class though...

    Lindsey- Got her first PULL UP EVER!! she also got to see what was happening in her clean (dolphin awesomeness) and that's a big step in improving!

    JNA- started her cleans just using her arms...then she used her legs but didnt get under at all and then she put it together...and it WAS AWESOME.

    Mike C- I moved Mike to the "your not allowed to scale ROM on any pull ups anymore" club. He's got them (regular and c2b), and they are strong!

    Tia- this was her first class at KOP she just moved here from the Leigh valley! Impressed me with some nice clean technique (just move those feet!)

    Brian- Solid performance on the WOD..just kept at it the whole time

    Matt E.- Well your the AOTM...so there's that. Solid RX Cleans dude. Glad you have random interactions with guys in Brazil.
