W.O.D. 1.2.16

For time:
Teams of 2 or 3 complete the following for time:
100 Kettlebell Swings (35/55#)
100 Burpees
100 Walking Lunges
100 Air Squats

*One athlete works while one rests. Once the Kettlebell is in motion it cannot be placed on the ground. It must be held above the waist. Penalty for the Kettlebell touching the ground or going below the waist is a 400 Meter Run.

 Saturday, January 2nd
Family and Friends WOD- 10am
Open Strength 11:30am-1:00pm
No Kids Class 

 Sunday, January 3rd
Daily WOD 10am
Open Gym 11:00am-1pm
 No Kids Class
