We offer CrossFit Endurance classes weekly on Thursdays at 5:30PM- Meet Coach Tim at the Upper Merion High School Track



Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
75/115-lb. shoulder presses
Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders

Rest 4 minutes

Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

135/205-lb. hang power cleans
Each time you break, perform 30 squats

Record number of press and clean reps completed.

Monday, 6/8- Pull-up, 6/15- Handstand Push-up, 6/22 Muscle Up...all specialty clinics will occur at 6:30PM in the main gym. These are FREE for members and $25 for non-members.
