  1. The most successful in the world realize that it takes commitment to acheive greatness. This means waking up earlier than everyone else wakes up, going to sleep after everyone else goes to sleep and putting time and energy every day into a goal. Simply put it just takes time, sacrifice and persistence even when it looks like there's no hope or nothing to gain; they just keep driving forward having faith that their goal is just out of reach. There's nothing glamorous in the process of becoming successful, however the fruit of the labor is MUCH sweeter! Are you committed to reaching your goals? If so, how committed are you?

    Monday 6:30, Tuesday 10:30a, Wednesday 7am

    Hang Power Snatch-  warm up then 6 sets of 2, increase weight each set or use working weight through sets

    Pause Back Squat- warm up then 5 heavy sets of 3 at the same weight. 5 second Pause in bottom

    Farmers Carry- 100m x4  increase weight each set or use working weight through sets

    Accessories
    1) RDL 3 sets of 10 2)Face Pull 4 sets of 10-15 3)Russian Twists 4 sets of 10-15
