Congratulations to Nick Z on the birth of his daughter Avery Rose Zikas, 5.13 pounds, born at 4:46PM. Baby, Mama, Nick (who hit the 9:30AM WOD) and big brother Owen are all doing well very proud to announce the arrival of this lovely little lady!
