It is your choice to decide if you want to be happy or not. On the flip side it is also your choice if you are going to be angry or not. Have you ever met the person who seems to always be angry? They are constantly thinking thoughts and creating situations to stay angry. On the other hand there is the person that goes about their day smiling, and laughing. What do you think that this person thinks about? Not sure? Go ahead and think about what you think they are thinking about (haha). See how that works?
