Congratulations

Congratulations to long time CFKoP members Shawn and Lizzie on the birth of their son John "Jack" Warren.  He was born a little after midnight on 1/20/14. He is 7lbs 11oz. Mom and baby are doing great and cannot wait to get back to CrossFit!
