RD2 = Row 500m/15 Thrusters @ 115/75
RD3 = Row 500m/10 Thrusters @ 135/95
RD4 = Row 500m/5 Thrusters @ 165/115
The athlete gets one bar and is responsible for loading with increasing weight throughout the workout.
