We all decided to work on skill and form today - props to Shoeless with a significant improvement on the Clean and the Jerk today!
I worked up to a C&J of 140#. Not a PR - My PR pre-boot was 145# - so I'm close! :) I'm happy to not have lost too much while I was only working with one leg for a little more than half the year.
