Some chose to focus on Form with 50-60%. Some chose to focus on form from different positions (Knee, High Hang, Power Position). Cashout scores were not written down, and some chose to continue to work on positions at the end. Great work to everyone. Lots of improvements today... Its hard to not get frustrated with this lift, but everyone got better. Ryan hit a big 255 today and got under 275 I believe but failed it forward. You are a different kind of strong my man.

Scales for the cash out are not recorded as the cash out was based on what each individual was working on in today's workout.
I thought it was fantastic how everyone was very focused on working on the movement through the hips. I saw lots of great improvements - Chip & John. And lots of first timers who did very well working on the movement - Bill A, Bryan E, Bryan H, Anne B
This is an extremely complicated movement to learn and we all need to slow ourselves down sometimes and really focus on each point in the movement through the hip.
Overall - great work by everyone today!
