Open gym is this Sunday August 4th from 11AM-1PM. This is free for all CFKoP members to work on a skill, strength or WOD!
The King and Queen of Prussia is on Saturday August 10th, there will be NO regular class that day, only the internal competition. Friends and Family are encouraged to come out to spectate! Registration will occur at 8:00AM, Opening ceremonies and standards at 8:45 AM and WOD kick off at 9:15AM.
