  3. This wod is my worst nightmare. The only thing that could possibly make it any worse was if you added 20' rope climbs. Not going to lie, I'm kind of glad I'm traveling for work tomorrow and may not make it home by the time the 7:30 class starts!

  9. This Thurs night is the 3rd and final of the Bryn Mawr summer series 5k races at south Ardmore park. This will again take the place of our regular 5:30 track workout so we will not formally meet at the track. I know at least 8 of our KOP athletes are signed up and ready to go so seeya there!

    I did this before. It was part of some Explode challenge I think. I think the cut off was 3 minutes and I thought I could do it but I could not. I think my time was around 5 minutes but I would need to look in my old journals.
