  3. I am excited to see that more people came to the 7am than the 6am. Coach once said, "We are limited by the margins of our experience."

    The muscle-up is surely intimidating...particularly when you see some members of the gym doing them at will. That being said, it is no excuse to avoid a workout with them because you are not there...yet. I worked for about 3 years before getting my first muscle-up and I have only managed to do 58 in my lifetime. I currently cannot do them consistantly but the feeling on top of the rings is like no other. I would STRONGLY urge everyone in the gym, regardless of your current level to make this a goal. The hard work is surely worth it!

  4. I got my first MU in November 2008 and didn't have them consistently until late Summer of 2009. Certainly a skill to keep working at!
