Summer Slam

CrossFit Generation along with CrossFit Newtown will be hosting it's 3rd annual Summer Slam team competition on August 17, 2013.  Here are some details to get things rolling.

Date/Location:
August 17th 2013 @ CrossFit Generation

Time:
8am start

Teams: 
3 men/3 women teams.
CFKoP can send 4 teams, we already have 2 filled. We are in need of two more. Please post to comments if you are interested in competing and we will put together another one or two teams.

Cost:
$60 per team ($10 per person)

WODs:
3+ per team
