Summer Schedule Update


Friday Summer Schedule begins on 6/21, the following changes will happen on Friday's ONLY:
CrossFit WOD: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30
Strength: 6:30
Cancelled: 7:30pm strength and 6:30 CrossFit WOD is now a barbell strength class
