    Good stuff today guys..don't be discouraged if you had to lighten the weight during the WOD, be happy that you pushed yourself and went heavy. Getting outside your comfort zone is key to progress.

  4. Is the goal here to pick a weight that can be banged out in a 10 - 12 domain, or go as heavy as possible and keep it "reasonable" (e.g., sub 15)?
